WELCOME
The Eastern Shore Medical Alliance (ESMA) brings together physician (MD/DO) spouses and families throughout Baldwin County to support local needs and each other. Members of ESMA enjoy several social events throughout the year as well as many opportunities to serve our local community. We are proud to partner with the Baldwin County Medical Society to provide additional opportunities for fellowship and networking.
Our membership drive for the '26-27 year starts soon, and we hope you will join us!

Meet Our 2025-2026 President: Ravin Jordan
Ravin is originally from Mobile, Al. She is married to Bryan, a Breast Imaging Radiologist with Alabama Coastal Radiologist. They have 3 children, Parker (14), Kara (12) and Brock (7), currently living in Spanish Fort and summers in Gulf Shores.
Before becoming a stay-at-home mom, Ravin was an Occupational Therapist, working with Geriatrics (SNF/LTC) and inpatient and home health rehab. In her spare time, she runs a small vintage/antique business called IsleyRayCollectibles.
